When you arrive at your early pregnancy scan appointment, we will ask to confirm your details on the consultation form. Please ensure all fields are completed to avoid any delays in your appointment. If from the ultrasound there shows a need to contact or share any information regarding your scan, you are responsible for providing the report to your GP/Healthcare provider.
